WHAT IS PEX?
Every department requires a change agent. Process Excellence Advisor plays that role. He is responsible for continuous improvement in process and he acts as a Business Excellence representative of the department. PEx is a training program that creates change agent in an organization. Each department in an organization should have a PEx. These PEx are trained on organizational strategy. They also identify areas of improvement in their departments and initiate improvement project, many a times a six sigma project.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
