NandhaKumar is an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University. At SSA, he is Vice President (Operations). He is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt from ASQ and a Business Excellence Assessor from CII. Core skills include leading, training and facilitation of process improvement projects, stakeholder management and developing competent teams. He has trained over 300 Greenbelts and Blackbelts in Six Sigma. He has led number of certification assignments under management certification assignments. Has led a number of improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. He is managing several Service and Manufacturing industries’ accounts for SSA, driving customer focus in process reengineering. His clientele include National Stock Exchange, NSDL, ICICI, ABN AMRO, Axis Bank, Vodafone, Airtel, Mudra Group and many others. .

Sahil Maru : Partner

Sahil, a Consultant at SSA, has acted as an external change agent in many Continuous Improvement initiatives at client organizations. Sahil has been passionately involved in Training, Coaching & Facilitating project teams for Lean, Six Sigma & QMS implementation in varied Business sectors like Discrete manufacturing, Logistics & Warehousing, Consumer Electronics and Stock Exchange.An ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with Masters in Industrial Engineering, Sahil is well versed with deployment of Continuous Improvement & Process Re-engineering tools & techniques like DMAIC methodology, Value Stream Mapping, JIT, 5S, 7QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, Setup Time reduction, Process Simulation and cognizant with subject matters like Project Management, Supply chain Management, Inventory Management & other Factory physics.

Abhidnya Mahatekar : Partner

Abhidnya is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in Operation Management from Mumbai University. He has a work experience of more than 9 years in the field of Production, Production Planning & Supply Chain. His prior experience includes organizations like Gitanjali (Gems & jewellery) and Technova Imaging systems. During his MBA, he has attended and completed Kaizen projects in Juken Kogyo, Toyohashi, Japan. He brings immense experience in the field of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Process Improvement and has conducted numerous training programs and workshops. He is currently coaching Lean Six Sigma projects and mentoring various team members through effective training and handholding in companies like Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (RCF), Aditya Birla Insulators, Caprihans among others

Kaustubh Nagaonkar : Project Leader SSA

Kaustubh is an Instrumentation engineer from Mumbai University with wide experience in the field of ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and Quality Assurance. He has done an extensive research in innovative problem solving techniques such as TRIZ (Theory of inventive problem solving). He possesses ripe experience in process analysis, Business Intelligence and Gap Analysis. Prashant Kale : Project Leader SSA

Prashant is an Information Technology Engineer from Mumbai University and pursued his Post Graduation in Management from Institute for Technology and Management, Navi Mumbai. Prashant has an industrial experience of over five (5) years and has trained several people in process improvement tools and techniques. Starting his career as an Industrial trainee at Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd. (TTML), he has enabled process improvement with Steel Strip Producesr, Rubber Parts Manufacturer, Multinational Ice Cream Makers, Edible Oil Manufacturer, Pharmaceauticals and Mutual fund Sector. Well versed in Six Sigma, Lean improvement deployment, Cost reductions initiatives adding values to many MNCs and SMEs. He is an Empanelled Lean Consultant for National Productivity Council for Lean Manufacturing Competitiveness Scheme Upscalled Revised November 2013. His Operations experience with Financial Knowledge allows him to examine problems minutely, which not only helps Enterprises in achieving operational efficiency but also look for growth opportunities in competitive scenario.
