He has nearly 40 years experience working with companies like ITC and The Paper Products Ltd. He has held Board level positions as Executive Director & COO for Huhtamaki-PPL. He also has over 15+ years experience in Plant and manufacturing Operations, in implementing quality management systems, benchmarking and setting up of world class manufacturing practices like Lean manufacturing, Six sigma, TQM, and TPM. As Associate Director at SSA, CN plays a pivotal role in service delivery for several key accounts. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black belt, he manages some of the SSA’s premier most clients, helping them in end-to-end deployment of various strategic and tactical interventions.

Lakshmi Vempati: Associate Director - Delhi

She has expertise in Machining and Engine Assembly; Value Stream Mapping, Engine launches, program planning and implementation. Lakshmi is a highly rated Associate Director at SSA and has regularly conducted courses on topics ranging from Lean Six Sigma to Business Process Re-engineering. She has a B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from NIT, Calicut and MS in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, AL,USA.
