NC founded SSA in 1999 and has been a pioneer of quality consciousness in India ever since. He brings with him over 30 years of industrial experience, having held key senior management positions at companies like Crompton Greaves where he served as General Manager – Technology and Lucas TVS Ltd., where he was the Chief Designer, in-charge of new product development. NC is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has authored two books on the subject, "Lean Six Sigma in a nutshell" and "Enigma of Lean". He has also authored several articles in renowned publications.

Ganesh Iyer is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Bombay University. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in the IT industry working for companies like Tata Infotech, Infosys and Bearing Point in the US. Ganesh is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality, and a certified Lead Auditor for Information Security Management System (ISMS). He has led a number of Change Management initiatives for clients across Asia Pacific and has trained more than 500 Lean Six Sigma Belts worldwide and coached over 300 breakthrough improvement projects. He is a certified assessor for Business Excellence conforming to EFQM model and a Certified Internal Auditor for TS 16949:2002 standard.

Sashi is a commerce graduate from Bombay University with an MBA from Washington University, USA. She brings with her over 10 years of consulting experience in the field of Quality Management Systems. She is a certified Lead Auditor for Information Security Management System (ISMS) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is trained in Business Process Management Systems and Process Simulation techniques from iGrafx (U.S.A). Her consulting experience includes Lean Six Sigma deployment, Process Simulation and implementation of Quality Management Systems.

Naveen is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA. He has over seven years experience in the world of Strategy and Change Management and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Improvement Associate from American Society for Quality. Over the years, he has led several corporate wide transformation programs, mentored change agents, and produced sustainable customer and business results for clients throughout Asia-Pacific. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he has a strong grasp of the fundamentals of statistics and problem solving techniques. He is a certified assessor for Business Excellence conforming to EFQM model and a Certified Internal Auditor for TS 16949:2002 standard.
